Step 1: Open Outlook and click on the calendar, please reference the picture below.



Step 2: Double click on the date you would like to schedule a meeting and reserve the room. Step 3: Give the meeting a name.

Step 4: If you would like the meeting to include a Teams meeting link for people to join virtually, click the slider next to “Teams Meeting”.

Step 5: Add the attendees that you would like to include in the meeting. Step 6: Set the time for the meeting.

Step 7: Click in “Add a room or location” and type in the name of the meeting room that you would like to book. When the name appears, click on the name.

Please Note - The room will show as busy if it is already booked when you select it. If this happens, you will need to find a different room that is available.


Step 8: Click the "in person event" slider
