Step 1: Locate the Teams tablet on conference table.

Step 2: Tap “Join with an ID”, please reference the picture below.

Step 3: Select what type of meeting you are trying join, please reference the picture below.

Step 6: Enter the Meeting ID and Password for the meeting, please reference the picture below.

Step 7: Tap “Join Teams Meeting” or “Join Zoom Meeting” depending on what type of meeting you chose in Step 3, please reference the picture below.
